HIGHLAND PARK, Ill., February 1, 2007—You’ve spotted it from a mile away, with the lime green background…browsed through the numerous pictures of kids playing strong…and maybe even read the fine print in search of next summer’s options. After debating the color and pictures, and editing the descriptions till they were clear and precise, we managed to distribute the best camp brochure in Illinois. The Park District of Highland Park’s 2007 Camp brochure won first place for content in the Illinois Park and Recreation Association Agency Showcase Awards. But we didn’t stop there. We also won the People’s Choice award for the Camp Brochure content and the lakefront postcard specific event piece.
