How can I purchase a Lakefront Parking Decal for my family caretaker or childcare provider?

Senior/Elderly Caregiver’s and the Primary Household Member will need to purchase the Lakefront Parking Decal together at Park Fitness. The Primary Household Member will need to provide their proof of residency and the Caregiver’s license plate number to receive one Resident Lakefront Parking Decal.

Live-in Childcare provider and the Primary Household Member will need to purchase the Lakefront Parking Decal together at Park Fitness. The Childcare provider will need to provide their Highland Park Drivers’ License and Vehicle information to verify residency and sign the waiver.

A Non Live-In Childcare provider may not purchase a Resident Lakefront Parking Decal unless they show proof of residency by their Drivers’ License and Vehicle information.
