The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to all customers, members, guests and staff for Rivers Edge Adventure Golf, the Driving Range and the Highland Park Golf Learning Center while upholding the Park District’s standards in a professional and courteous manner. Primary responsibilities will include answering phones and the on-site supervision of daily operations, including assistance with special events, parties and rentals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive attitude and good personal hygiene and appearance.
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers, members, guests and staff, including answering questions about the Learning Center.
- Be familiar with standard scripts (greetings, procedures/protocols, responses, etc.).
- Be knowledgeable about Sunset Valley Golf Club’s programs, services, and fees, as well as the programs, lessons, and events at the Highland Park Golf Learning Center.
- Perform cash handling duties and maintain accurate financial records, complete daily sales reports and bank deposits.
- Be familiar with the POS software. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information. Assist in Golf Shop inventory, maintenance, and restocking.
- Receive and route incoming calls, perform routine office support functions, and maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the facility.
- Assist with security of building.
- Assist in running special events, parties and rentals.
- Be familiar with other Park District programs and services and can accept registration using the Park District’s software programs.
- Perform other Park District-related duties as assigned.
Salary Range: $15.50 – $17.05 Hourly
