To make a reservation for your group at Hidden Creek AquaPark or Rosewood Beach, please complete one of the forms below.

Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please include a second choice in the event that your first choice has reached maximum capacity. Confirmation of your reservation will be emailed to you, along with other information about your visit.

Minimum 20 – Maximum 300

Groups with children under 10 year old are required to have a 1:5 counselor to camper ratio.

Groups with children 10 years and older are required to have a 1:10 counselor to camper ratio.

Groups can bring their own lunch into the facility. Please, no glass containers. Groups can arrange to have their pizza lunch created by Judys Pizza for an additional fee! Hidden Creek AquaPark has an onsite concession stand, Rosewood Beach does not.

Balance is due at the door on the date of your trip. You may also pre-pay the total amount due. Please make checks payable to the Park District of Highland Park.

Cancellations made by the group will result in possible rescheduling (to an available date) or forfeit of your $100 deposit. Cancellations made by the Park District of Highland Park due to unfavorable weather or other unforeseen circumstances will result in possible rescheduling (to an available date) or full refund of your deposit.

To complete your reservation, the Des Plaines Park District needs a copy of your Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00 (one million dollars) that must include the following language: “Additional insured for 1 million dollars which is to include the Des Plaines Park District, its officers, employees, volunteers and agents.” This document must also list your specific rental dates. Note: *Organizations who are members of the Park District Risk Management Agency (PDRMA) are exempt.
