Saddle up for a rootin’ tootin’ good time at the HP Hoedown, a brand-new free fall event for the whole family! Enjoy an afternoon filled with lively music by Strawdawg, classic lawn games, tasty eats from food trucks, and plenty of fall fun. Whether you’re two-steppin’ or just kickin’ back, there’s something for everyone at this hometown hoedown. Come early to check out Big Rigs & Boots from 9:30–11:30am, where trucks and tractors take center stage before the hootenanny begins!
Along with music, games, and food, you can also enjoy:
- Habitat for Humanity’s Adopt-a-Stud program, where you can color a wood stud for a future house and learn more about their work in Lake and McHenry Counties.
-
Planning Tent & Composting – there will be a fun activity at the Planning Tent, and we’ll also be composting at this event!
