Refund/Cancellation Policy

No refunds/cancellations/holds for all Deer Creek Racquet Club memberships.  Memberships are on an annual basis pro-rated, month-to-month or half year memberships are not available.

ID may be required to verify eligibility of resident rates.

*Phone-in reservations are accepted one week in advance for members.

**Non-members can reserve a court time over the phone 24 hours in advance and must make payment at time of reservation.
