Climb aboard, honk the horn, and get hands-on with the coolest trucks, tractors, and emergency vehicles around! Families are invited to explore a variety of big rigs, meet the people who operate them, and snap unforgettable photos. This fall-favorite event is perfect for kids who love things that go vroom! And just like years past, our sensory-friendly half hour will be from 9:30-10:00am. Stick around right after Big Rigs wraps up, the Highland Park Hoe-Down kicks off with music, dancing, and festive fall fun from 11–1pm!

We’ll also have a special activity at the event:

• Habitat for Humanity’s Adopt-a-Stud program – color a wood stud for a future house and learn more about Habitat’s work in Lake and McHenry Counties.
