It’s Earth Week! Celebrate all week long with hands-on activities from upcycled art, self-guided earth missions to tree-mendous trivia!

Upcycle your old t-shirts at this screen-printing workshop. We’ll provide all the supplies and direction, but you’ll need to bring 1 or 2 plain cotton or cotton-blend t-shirts from home.

Wednesday, April 22 at 8am-5pm • Heller Nature Center • All ages
FREE Earth Day Party! Head over to Heller Nature Center to see how we’re celebrating with our Agents of Discovery trail. Download the app and start your mission at the nature center. Once your mission is complete, meet us back inside for your party favor. The mission will be live all day!

Friday, April 24 at 5-6pm • The Preserve of Highland Park • All ages
 Tree- via Night! Join us to celebrate Arbor Day with a guided hike through The Preserve! Work solo or with a crew to answer tree-mendous nature questions along the way. Get enough questions right by the end to win a sustainable prize!

Pre-registration required. All participants, children and adults, must register for the program. Children must be accompanied by a registered adult. Programs are outdoors be prepared to be outside.
