Join us for a unique fitness-meets-fun experience that blends Mat Pilates with Pickleball play! This special event is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and bring more control and power to your game—while still having a great time on the court.
We’ll kick things off with a guided Mat Pilates session, focusing on core strength, balance, flexibility, and injury prevention. Then, we’ll take everything you’ve activated straight onto the pickleball courts for open play, where you can feel the difference in your movement, stability, and endurance.
Whether you’re a seasoned player or newer to pickleball, this event is a great way to train smarter, connect with fellow members, and shake up your usual routine.
What to Expect:
- 1:30-2pm: Mat Pilates class led by a certified instructor – Cara S from Park Fitness
- 2-3pm: Pickleball open play
- All levels welcome
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat
- Athletic wear + pickleball shoes
- Paddle (rentals available if needed)
