Beginning in September, the Park District will be renovating several sections of path throughout the District.

Path sections will be closed during construction. Signage will be put out indicating when path sections are closed and this page will be updated.
*Note: Work has been postponed at Knoll Park until 2026, the Park District is working with the City to coordinate connectivity at the site.
Tuckpointing and brick resetting work have been completed at Founder’s Park.
Over the next couple of weeks, new site amenities will be installed at Founder’s, including a bike rack and drinking fountain. A new Welcome Sign is also expected to be installed next week.
Work on the paths at The Preserve is expected to begin mid-late April, depending on the weather.
