A Smash'n Workout & Good Time

Deer Creek is home to tennis leagues, adult and youth lessons, summer tennis camps, and a team of tennis pros that are the best in the north shore. The club is a member of the USA Tennis Association. Its standard for excellence was recognized in 2015 when it was awarded “Facility of the Year” by the United States Tennis Association. Whether you are just taking up the game of tennis or are an experienced player, Deer Creek has an opportunity for you. The club features six climate-controlled indoor tennis courts, racquetball & wallyball courts, a tennis pro shop, fully equipped locker rooms, a comfortable lobby viewing area overlooking the tennis and racquetball courts.

Are you looking to play your favorite racquet game outside? We have 20 outdoor tennis courts, 18 pickleball courts, and six pickleball/tennis combination courts located in seven parks. We also have four clay tennis courts located at Sunset Wood Park.

Introducing Club Pickle & Padel

The Park District of Highland Park is bringing the largest indoor pickleball and padel facility to the North Shore: Club Pickle & Padel!

Located at 2205 Skokie Valley Road, this new domed facility will feature 10 pickleball courts and 4 padel courts, with state-of-the-art amenities for players of all ages and abilities.

The 50,000 sq. ft. heated complex offers year-round play, with the North Shore’s first padel courts and plenty of space to escape the elements.

Members may reserve one week in advance. Non-members may reserve 24 hours in advance with pre-payment.  Individual players’ shares of the court fees are calculated based upon membership and/or residency status.

  • Spectators are not allowed on courts
  • Water is the only beverage allowed on the courts
  • No personal hoppers are allowed
  • Adult members may teach their children during non-peak times. No uncles, cousins, in-laws, brother/sister, etc. One ball hopper will be supplied.
