We’re excited to announce an opportunity for dance students ages 6-10 (1st-5th grade) with at least one year of dance class experience – Dance Team Year 2!

The mission of the performance team is to provide a recreational opportunity for dance students who enjoy performing and want to be a part of a team. The performance team will have opportunities throughout the year to perform at Park District events, as well as our annual winter and spring recital. This is a year-long commitment, and all team members will attend both a Ballet and Jazz class once a week. Team classes will be a bridge from children’s dance and will focus on proper dance technique and performance skills in a positive, encouraging environment. Students interested in dance team should attend this class to “tryout” dance team. Everyone who attends this will be placed on a team.

Tryouts are free to attend but registration is required.
