Sunday, November 9, 5pm:   A winter storm warning is in effect for our area from 9pm this evening until 6am Monday.  Dangerous travel conditions will develop overnight with snow rates of 3 inches per hour, localized snow accumulations in excess of 10 inches, and wind gusts in excess of 30 mph are possible.
